Problem: If I set the HeaderText=” ” in WebPartZone ,then I am not able to see any text for this Zone in CatalogZone .
Solution:
Well CatalogZone contains closed WebPart name followed by a checkbox and there is a combo box that contains the value of all the WebPartZones placed in that page.
Now if you don’t set HeaderText property then CatalogZone’s drop down list will populate with the ID of WebPartZones and if you set HeaderText property then CatalogZone’s drop down list will populate with the HeaderText of WebPartZones. Now in your case HeaderText property is set to   that is counted as space. So your CatalogZone dropdown list is not displaying any text though still there are WebPartZones values. In this case you can do only one thing, Just set the HeaderText property of WebPartZones like what you want then set the font color of HeaderText as the background color of page in this case HeaderText will be invisible and still it’ll be present in CatalogZone.
