Create a new folder or file
OR
Use an already exixt folder or file.
Press F2 for renaming
Now on the Numlock keys.
Press Alt + 0160
Hit Enter
Folder or file with blank name will create.
Now right click the folder or file and choose properties.
Click on Customize tab and then on Change Icon.
Select the Blank Icon from list.
Click OK
An Invisible folder will create.
